I build gameplay systems and get prototypes playable fast.
Unity developer with 30+ mobile prototypes and live projects shipped at Zapplogics. I turn ideas into builds people can actually play, then tune the mechanics, the feel and the performance until they hold up in a playtest.
Prototype fast, then make it feel right
I'm a Unity Game Developer at Zapplogics, where since February 2025 I've shipped 30+ mobile game prototypes and live projects for Android and iOS — core gameplay loops, UI flows and first-time user experience. Before that I built a multi-user VR prototype during an AR/VR internship at Samsung Prism.
Most of my work is the unglamorous part of game development: getting a build in someone's hands quickly, watching where they get stuck, and iterating until the mechanics land.
Outside the day job I work in Unreal Engine 5 as well as Unity — Capture The Flag is a networked multiplayer FPS — and ship game-jam titles with small teams. Two went out on itch.io in September 2026, including The Cursed Isle of Colchis (GBJAM 14), where I was lead gameplay programmer.
What the day job actually looks like
Most of my output is client prototyping at Zapplogics — 30+ Unity builds for Android and iOS across a wide spread of genres and mechanics. Those aren't mine to publish, so here is the work itself.
Short cycles
Playable builds in days rather than months, so a concept can be tested, kept or killed before it eats a sprint. Speed is the point — the build exists to answer one question.
Systems and FTUE
Core loops, UI flows and first-time user experience — the minute-one decisions that determine whether a player stays long enough to reach the game underneath.
Feel and performance
Tuning responsiveness against playtest feedback with designers, then debugging and optimising builds so they hold up on low-end devices, not just my machine.
Projects
Shipped game-jam titles you can play, plus personal builds where I owned the gameplay code end to end.
Skills
Open to game developer roles
If you're hiring for Unity, Unreal or gameplay programming work — or just want to talk about a prototype — email is the fastest way to reach me. I reply to every message. Open to relocation.
